摘 要:目的建立HPLC方法测定小儿退热口服液中绿原酸和丹皮酚含量。方法采用Welch Ultimate XB-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);以甲醇-0.2%磷酸为流动相,梯度洗脱;流速:1.0m L·min-1;检测波长:绿原酸:330nm,丹皮酚:278nm。结果绿原酸在0.50-25.06μg·m L-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为100.60%,RSD为1.05%(n=6);丹皮酚在1.23-61.52μg·m L-1范围内线性关系良好(r=1),平均加样回收率为100.75%,RSD为0.55%(n=6)。结论该方法简单、准确、灵敏,重现性好,适用于小儿退热口服液的质量控制。OBJECTIVE To develop HPLC methods for determination of chlorogenic acid and paeonol in Xiao'er Tuire Liquid. METHODS Geniposide was separated on Welch Ultimate XB-C18( 250 mm × 4. 6mm,5μm) and flow rate was 1. 0m L · min- 1,methanol- 0. 2% phosphate was used as mobile phase. The detect wavelength for Chlorogenic acid was 330 nm and for Paeonol was 278 nm. RESULTS The linear range of chlorogenic acid was 50 -25. 06μg·m L- 1,r = 0. 9999. The average recovery was 100. 60% with a RSD of 1. 05%. The linear range of paeonol was 1. 23 - 61. 52μg · m L- 1,r = 1. The average recovery was 100. 75% with a RSD of 0. 55%. CONCLUSION The method is simple,sensitive,accurate with good reproducibility,and can be applied to the quality of Xiao'er Tuire Liquid.
