PPH联合消痔灵液注射治疗直肠前突的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨吻合器痔上黏膜环切术(PPH)联合消痔灵注射液治疗直肠前突(Rectocele,RC)的临床疗效及价值。方法回顾性分析2013年10月至2014年10月期间在我院就诊的74例直肠前突患者,按照随机原则平均分为两组,其中对照组采用单纯消痔灵注射液治疗,而观察组采用PPH联合消痔灵治疗,对比两组患者的临床疗效、住院时间以及复发率。结果对照组治疗后总有效率是75.68%(28/37),而观察组联合治疗后总有效率则是94.59%(35/37),差异显著(P<0.05);对照组平均住院时间(7.2±3.5)d,而观察组患者平均住院时间为(4.2±1.3)d,差异显著(P<0.05);随访1年,对照组复发率21.62%(8/37),观察组复发率5.41%(2/37),差异显著(P<0.05)。结论采用PPH联合消痔灵治疗直肠前突,能够有效缩短患者住院时间,提高治疗效果,同时显著降低了复发率,优势显著,值得临床推广。OBJECTIVE To study the clinical effect and value of PPH combined with Xiaozhiling injection in the treatment of rectocele（ RC）. METHODS The data about 74 RC patients treated from October 2013 to October2014 in our hospital was retrospectively analyzed. The patients were randomly and equally divided into two groups. The control group adopted Xiaozhiling Injection; the observation group adopted PPH combined with Xiaozhiling Injection. The clinical effect,hospitalization time and recurrence rate for two groups were compared. RESULTS The total effective rate for control group（ 75. 68%,28 /37） was significantly lower than that of observation group（ 94. 59%,35 /37）（ P〈0. 05）; the average hospitalization time of control group and observation group was（ 7. 2 ±3. 5） d and（ 4. 2 ± 1. 3） d（ P〈0. 05）; after 1y of follow-up visits,the recurrence rate for control group（ 21. 62%,8 /37） was significantly higher than that of observation group（ 5. 41%,2 /37）（ P〈0. 05）. CONCLUSION PPH combined with Xiaozhiling Injection has an obvious effect in the treatment of RC,can efficiently shorten the hospitalization time,improve the treatment outcome and reduce the recurrence rate. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
