摘　　要：为有效评估兽药监管工作,应用平衡计分卡法和德尔菲法,初步建立了一套较为科学、全面、新颖的兽药监管效益评估指标体系,优化筛选的一级指标有14项,二级指标有25项,为下一步开展兽药监管效益评估奠定基础。In order to evaluate the veterinary drug supervision work effectively,a set of more scientific,comprehensive,innovative benefit evaluation system was initially established based on balanced scorecard method and Delphi method. 14 first- level evaluation indicators and 25 second- level evaluation indicators were optimized,which could provide some references for further research.
