摘　　要：伴随老龄化社会的发展,失能与半失能老人对养老和医疗护理的需求日益增加,将促使"医养结合"型养老服务机构进一步优化资源、提高服务能力。通过调查安徽省养老医疗服务的一般情况,以安徽省合肥市滨湖医院为例,分析安徽省"医养结合"型养老机构服务能力建设中存在的问题,并提出政策性建议。With the development of the aging society,the demand for health and medical services for the disabled and half- disabled elders is increasing,which promotes the therapy- and- nursing- combination medical facilities for the ages to allocate resources optimally and improve service ability. Investigation was taken on the general situation of the medical services for the elders in Anhui province,the Lakeside Hospital of Hefei city taken as an example,to analyze the problems in the service capacity construction of the therapy- and- nursing- combination medical facilities and bring forward policy suggestion.
