新常态下加强广西非公经济科技创新对策  

Thoughts on the Countermeasures to Strengthen the Innovation of Science and Technology about Guangxi Non-public Economy under the New Normal

摘　　要：科技创新是经济发展的原动力。在新常态下,加强科技创新是推动广西非公经济更好更快发展的最佳选择。基于当前制约广西非公经济科技创新主要因素的分析,建议从增强非公经济主体科技创新和知识产权保护意识、拓宽非公经济科技创新资金投入渠道、大力培养和引进高素质科技创新人才、加强产学研合作并打造科技创新联盟、优化和完善支持非公经济科技创新的环境五个方面寻找措施,强化对策,提高广西非公经济科技创新能力。The innovation of science and technology is the driving force of economic development.It has specialimportance that Strengthen scientific and technological innovation is the inevitable choice to promote better and fasterdevelopment of Guangxi Non-public Economy under the new normal.Based on analysis the main factors which restrict-ing the Innovation of Science and Technology for Guangxi Non-public Economy,We put forward five countermeasuresto improve the technology innovation ability of Guangxi non-public economy. The first is to strengthen the conscious-ness of non-public economy entities,include the innovation of scientific and technology,the protection of intellectualproperty rights.The second is to broaden the investment channels of non-public economy science and technology inno-vation.The third is to cultivate and introduce high-quality scientific and technological innovation talents. The fourth isto strengthen cooperation between industry,university and research,which is committed to creating a scientific andtechnological innovation alliance. The last is to optimize and improve the support environment of non-public economytechnological innovation.
