摘　　要：[目的/意义]探讨医学期刊发现和防范科学不端行为的途径。[方法/过程]通过检索国内外数据库,得到有关医学期刊及学术期刊如何发现和防范科学不端行为的论文,从中分析医学领域常见科学不端行为的种类及原因、科学不端行为的现状,并提出医学期刊发现和防范科学不端行为的具体措施。[结果/结论]医学期刊通过积极方式能够防范一些科学不端行为,减少涉及科学不端行为论文的出版和传播,但不能从根本上解决科学不端行为问题。预防科学不端行为需要全社会的共同努力。[Purpose/significance] The paper is to discuss how medical journal to discover and prevent scientific misconducts.[Method/process] The paper retrieves and gets articles on discovering and preventing scientific misconducts from domestic and foreign database, analyzes the categories and reasons, and the status quo, and puts forwards some concrete measures on discovering and preventing scientific misconducts. [Result/conclusion] Medical journal can take proactive measures to prevent scientific misconduct to some extent, reduce the publication and propagation of theses involved scientific misconduct, but can＇t solve the problems fundamentally. Preventing scientific misconduct requires efforts from the whole society.
