摘　　要：以世行贷款项目"数字攀枝花"为例,研究城市基础空间信息平台建设以及城市中公共空间信息的共享技术。为保证各部门的专业政务空间信息基础统一,强化信息综合分析奠定了基础。以建立城市规划管理信息系统为示范,研究在部门专业信息系统中如何结合本行业工作特点,利用共享公共空间信息平台的数据服务技术,延伸和扩展部门管理信息系统的功能。Taking the project Digital Panzhihua supported by World Bank Loan as an example,the authors studied the construction of urban basic spatial information platform,and the sharing technology of urban public spatial information. This study ensured unified basic spatial information in all departments of professional government information,laid the foundation of strengthening of comprehensive information analysis. To establish an urban planning and management information system for demonstration,the paper researched how to combine the characteristics of own industry with department professional information system,used data service technology based on shared public spatial information platform,extended and expanded the function of department management information system. As a result,successful experience was accumulated for the popularization of digital city application system model.
