广州周大福金融中心防水毯施工技术的研究与应用

摘　　要：结合广州周大福金融中心裙楼A区地下室外墙防水施工工程实例,详细介绍了膨润土防水毯施工技术,并对地下室外墙防水毯施工的工艺优化、质量控制做进一步探讨。采用外贴内防的防水技术,在保证工期的条件下,成功地完成了地下室外墙防水施工。经过一段时间的观察,采用该技术的区域无明显的渗漏水现象,防水效果明显。Combining with the basement exterior wall waterproof construction technology of the area A of the podium building in Chow Tai Fook Finance Centre,the construction technology of bentonite waterproof blanket is introduced,and the optimization process and quality control of this technology is discussed.This kind of waterproof technology ensures the construction period and finishes the basement waterproof construction. After a period of time observation,the area where the waterproof technology is used hasn＇t the leakage phenomenon and the waterproof effect is obvious.
