摘  要:应用型大学传统教学模式已无法满足创新人才培养目标的实现,引入学生专业社团活动完善教学模式,可以有效弥补高校转型期间实习、实践和创新园地、场地的不足,更加实战化地营造学生创新、创业环境。为此,需要学校和教育行政部门从资源配置、考评考核等顶层设计上给予引导,相关部门和院系要因地制宜,结合专业特点指导扶持社团建设、合理安排指导教师、科学组织相关活动并落实针对学生和指导教师的考评考核。Application of a traditional teaching mode has been unable to meet the target of training innovative talents,so the introduction of students' activities of professional associations can improve the teaching mode and effectively compensate for the lack of internship and practice,and innovative fields and sites for colleges and universities during the transitional period. More practical and entrepreneurial environment is created for college students.Therefore,it is necessary for schools and educational administrative departments from the top-level to give guidance for resource allocation and assessment. Combining with professional features and local conditions,related departments and faculties support association construction,reasonablely arrange for teachers,scientifically organize related activities and implement assessment and evaluation for students and teachers.
