木丹颗粒治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床观察研究

摘　　要：目的:观察应用木丹颗粒治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床疗效。方法:将100例糖尿病周围神经病变患者依据随机数据表随机分为治疗组和对照组,各组均50例,对照组采用甲钴胺500μg日1次肌肉注射,治疗组在对照组基础上加用木丹颗粒1袋日3次温水冲服治疗。疗程4周。结果:经过4周的治疗,治疗组总有效率达84%,较对照组(74%)有明显统计学差异(P<0.05)。两组患者的神经传导速度与治疗前比较均有明显增加,但是治疗组效果明显优于对照组,且两组间比较具有明显统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:具有益气活血化瘀、通络止痛之功的木丹颗粒可以有效治疗DPN。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Mudan Granule in the treatment of DPN. Methods：100 cases of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy according to the random data table were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,50 patients in each group,the control group using mecobalamin 500 g intramuscular injection 1 times a day,the treatment group in the control group based on the use of Mudan Granule 1 bags 3 times a day with warm water treatment. Treatment for 4 weeks. Results：After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 84%,compared with the control group（74%）,there was significant difference（P〈0.05）. The nerve conduction velocity in the two groups was significantly increased compared with the treatment before treatment,but the effect of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,and the two groups were significantly statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Mudan Granule has the effect of supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation to remove blood stasis,free the collateral vessels and relieve pain,could be effective in the treatment of DPN.
