天麻钩藤饮联合盐酸贝那普利治疗肝阳偏亢型高血压临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:采用天麻钩藤饮联合盐酸贝那普利(洛丁新)治疗肝阳偏亢型高血压,观察分析两者结合治疗的临床有效性和安全性。方法:收集2014年1月—2014年12月来我院门诊就诊的原发性高血压(肝阳偏亢型)患者181例。采用随机数字表法,将全部病例随机分成治疗组(n=90例)和对照组(n=91例)。对照组均给予盐酸贝那普利(洛丁新)10 mg口服1次/d;治疗组在对照组基础上给予天麻钩藤饮水煎剂,1剂/d,分早晚服用。4周为1个疗程。治疗1个疗程后比较两组治疗后血压、血脂水平变化和不良反应情况。结果:治疗1个疗程后比较结果发现,治疗组总有效率为84.44%,对照组为71.43%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);用药后两组血压均明显下降(P<0.05),治疗组血压降低程度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组24 h平均收缩压明显降低,血压晨峰现象明显好转,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后TC、TG、HDLC、LDLC均优于对照组,以上差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组不良反应和对照组发生人数基本持平,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:天麻钩藤饮联合盐酸贝那普利(洛丁新)治疗肝阳偏亢型高血压降压临床效果满意,血压、血脂明显改善,对肾功能有一定的保护作用,临床安全性好,适合临床广泛应用。Objective：To investigate the clinical effects of combined Tianma Gouteng Decoction with benazepril hydrochloride on liver Yang hyperactivity hypertension. Methods：Collected in January 2014—December 2014 to our hospital outpatients with essential hypertension（partial liver Yang hyperactivity type）patients of 181 cases. Random number table, all patients were randomly divided into treatment group（n=90） and control group（n=91 patients）. The control group were treated with benazepril（lotensin）10 mg orally 1 times/d; the treatment group received Tianma Gouteng Decoction in the control group,1 dose/d,moving and evening twice a dose of drug. 4 weeks for a course of treatment. After a course of treatment after treatment were compared blood pressure, lipid levels and adverse reactions. Results：Treatment comparison results found after one period of treatment,treatment group total effective rate was 84.44%,the control group was 71.43%,two groups total effective comparative difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;blood pressure medication after two group were significantly lower（P〈0.05）,blood pressure lowering treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）;treatment group of 24 h significantly lower average systolic blood pressure,blood pressure morning peak phenomenon is improved significantly,compared with the control group was statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）;treatment group TC,TG,HDLC and LDLC are superior to control group after treatment,the above differences have statistics meaning（P〈0.05）,adverse reactions in treatment group and control group in basic flat,with no statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Tianma Gouteng Decoction with benazepril hydrochloride proves favorable effects on liver Yang hyperactivity hypertension with improved blood pressure and lipids and no adverse reaction,which is worth for clinical applications.
