探究通脉胶囊治疗急性心肌梗塞临床疗效及对心功能影响

摘　　要：目的:研究探讨通脉胶囊用于治疗急性心肌梗塞(AMI)的临床疗效,并分析其对心功能造成的影响。方法:将2014年1月—2014年12月来我院进行诊治的120例急性心肌梗塞患者按随机分布表法分为对照组(60例)和观察组(60例)。对照组采用常规药物治疗,观察组采用常规药物+通脉胶囊治疗。分别在药物治疗前后测定患者体内心肌损伤指标CK-MB、LD、c Tn I、Mb;凝血指标PT、APTT、血纤维蛋白原以及心功能指标LVESD、LVEDD、LVESV、LVEDV、LVEF等。结果:经相关药物治疗后,观察组与对照组药物治疗后CK-MB、LD、c Tn I、Mb有明显降低,PT、APTT时间均延长,纤维蛋白原含量减少,LVESV、LVEDV均降低,LVEF均增高,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。且与对照组比较,观察组治疗后CK-MB、LD、c Tn I、Mb明显降低;PT、APTT时间明显延长,纤维蛋白原含量明显减少;LVESV、LVEDV明显降低,LVEF明显增高,差异具有统计学差异(均P<0.05)。结论:临床治疗急性心肌梗塞(AMI),在常规用药基础上加用通脉胶囊,抑制血栓形成,缩小心肌梗死面积,改善心功能,临床疗效显著。Objective：To study on Tongmai Capsule for the treatment of acute myocardial infarction（AMI）clinical curative effect,and analyzes the effects on the cardiac function. Methods：from January 2014 to December 2014 in our hospital for diagnosis and treatment of 120 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction by random distribution table method is divided into control group（60 cases）and observation group（60 cases）. Control group using conventional drug therapy,observation group with conventional drugs ＋ Tongmai Capsule. In determination of patients before and after drug treatment in vivo myocardial injury index of CK-MB,LD,c Tn I,MB;coagulation indexes of PT,APTT,blood fibrinogen and cardiac function indexes LVESD,LVEDD,LVESV,LVEDV,LVEF,etc. Results：After treatment with drugs,the observation group and control group after drug treatment CK-MB,LD,c Tn I and Mb were significantly lower,PT,APTT prolong time,fibrinogen content reduce,LVESV,LVEDV are reduced,LVEF were increased,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）. And compared with the control group and observation group after treatment CK-MB,LD,c Tn I,Mb significantly reduced;PT,APTT significantly prolong time,fibrinogen content decreased significantly;LVESV,LVEDV significantly reduced,LVEF increased obviously,the difference statistically difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The clinical treatment of acute myocardial infarction（AMI）,on the basis of conventional drugs combined with Tongmai Capsule,inhibit thrombosis,reduce myocardial infarction size,improve heart function and clinical curative effect is remarkable.
