益肾化瘀法治疗肾虚血瘀型子宫肌瘤疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨益肾化瘀法治疗肾虚血瘀型子宫肌瘤的临床效果。方法:选取2013年12月—2014年12月在本院妇科就诊的40例肾虚血瘀型子宫肌瘤患者为研究对象,采用益肾化瘀法中药治疗3个月经周期,比较治疗前后子宫大小、肌瘤大小及评分、中医症状体征评分及总疗效。结果:治疗后子宫肌瘤明显缩小,肌瘤体积由(7.81±3.27)cm缩小至(4.31±3.2)cm,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;体积评分由(6.40±2.13)分下降至(5.31±1.53)分,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;治疗后子宫大小明显缩小,由(87.21±13.56)cm缩小至(73.45±12.31)cm,中医症状体征评分由(12.53±3.19)分下降至(6.34±2.87)分,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;40例患者中痊愈1例,显效5例,有效27例,无效7例,总有效率为82.5%。结论:益肾化瘀法中药可明显缩小肾虚血瘀型子宫肌瘤患者的子宫体积及子宫肌瘤大小,改善患者肾虚血瘀中医症状,值得临床应用。Objective：To explore the clinical effect of benefiting kidney and removing blood stasis in the treatment of uterine fibroids with kidney deficiency and blood stasis. Methods：40 cases of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type of uterine myoma patients were selected from December 2013 to December 2014 in our hospital,as the research object by benefiting kidney and removing blood stasis of Chinese medicine treatment of three menstrual cycles,compared before and after treatment of uterine size,the size of myoma and score,TCM symptoms score and total curative effect. Results：Narrowed the score by significantly reduced after treatment of uterus myoma. The myoma volume from（781±3.27）cm reduced to（4.31±3.2）cm,the difference was statistically significant,P〈0.05;volume（6.40±2.13）dropped to（5.31±1.53）,treatment uterine size was reduced,by（87.21±13.56）cm to（73.45±12.31）cm,TCM symptoms and signs scores by（12.53±3.19）dropped to（6.34±2.87）,the difference was statistically significant,P〈0.05;40 patients recovered in 1 cases,effective in 5 cases,effective in 27 cases,ineffective in 7 cases,the total efficiency was 82.5%. Conclusion：Benefiting kidney and removing blood stasis of Chinese medicine can significantly reduced the size of kidney deficiency and blood stasis in patients with uterine myoma volume and uterine fibroids and improve the patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis of TCM symptoms,it is worthy of clinical application.
