摘  要:机器视觉测量是目前一种新兴的非接触测量技术,由于外界环境影响,机器视觉测得的物体尺寸会存在一定的误差。为了减小测量误差,提高系统各方面性能指标,提出了人工补偿算法来处理数据结果。通过多次重复性测量和系统标定,提出了人工补偿算法,对标定结果进行了修正,确保试验的精度以及稳定性。实验结果表明,人工补偿算法使实验误差减小1.16%,极差减小1.3 pixels/mm,最大误差减小2.32%,方差减小0.041 1。标定实验后,分别对三种不同尺寸物件进行测量实验,试验结果表明,对系统进行人工补偿后,相对误差最大减小0.145%。人工补偿算法可以提高计算结果的精度。Machine vision measurement is now a new technology of non-contact measurement. Due to the influence of external environment,there will be some errors in objects' sizes measured by machine vision. However,the measurement error can be reduced by artificial-compensation and therefore the system performance indexes can be strikingly improved. We calibrated the experiment through repetitive measurements over and over again,proposed artificial-compensation algorithm and amended the calibration results to ensure the accuracy and stability. The calibration results showed that artificial-compensation algorithm made experimental error decrease 1. 16%,range reduce 1. 3 pixels / mm,the maximum error decrease 2. 32% and variance reduce 0. 041 1. After the calibration experiments,experiment was conducted about three objects with different sizes. The results indicated that after the artificial-compensation,the maximum relative error decreased 0. 145%. artificial-compensation algorithm can improve the accuracy of calculation results.
