摘　　要：针对继电接触器型Y-△降压启停控制系统运行时会出现弧光短路,直接三角形启动、星形运行等故障,深入分析了故障发生的原因,运用PLC对继电接触器型Y-△降压启停控制电路进行了技术改进,改善了继电接触器型Y-△降压启停控制系统存在的问题,实际运行证明效果良好[1]。The Siemens S7-200 PLC as the control device is adopted. According to the Y-△ reduced voltage start stop automatic control requirements to reform the relay contactor type Y-△ reduced voltage start stop control circuit. This paper designs the PLC input and output wiring diagram and ladder diagram, and analysises the squirrel cage asynchronous motor stepdown start stop PLC to control the work process of and improves the relay contactor type Y-△ reduced voltage start stop control circuit common problems. Actual operation proves that the effect is good.
