高黎贡山土壤中一株纤维素酶产生菌产酶条件的研究

摘　　要：对高黎贡山土壤中分离所得的一株纤维素酶产生菌在不同温度、不同时间、不同pH下进行产酶活性的研究;结果表明,该试验菌产纤维素酶的最适条件为,培养温度30℃,培养时间4天,pH值=7.0。The activities of producing cellulose of a strain from the soil in Gaoligong mountains were studied from different temperature, different time and different pH. The results showed that the optimal fermentation conditions for this strain were 30℃ for temperature, 4 days for culture time and pH value=7.0.
