摘 要:采用简单的水热合成法在低温条件下制备了无定形纳米TiO_2,并用于几种较难降解的偶氮染料(橙黄II、橙黄IV、铬黑T、酸性铬兰K、甲基橙)的光催化降解研究;结果表明,当催化剂用量为50 mg,染料浓度为10 ppm,卤钨灯为光源,光照一定时间后,染料均有降解;其中铬黑T和酸性铬兰K的降解尤为值得关注,当光照时间为3 h,在不需要调节溶液体系pH的条件下,铬黑T的降解效率为100%,染料完全矿化降解;酸性铬兰K的降解率也高达95.6%。结合催化剂的吸附试验和染料在可见光照射下的直接降解试验可知,染料的降解是催化剂和可见光引发协同作用的结果。Amorphous TiO2 nanoparticle was synthesized by a simple hydrothermal method and used for the photocatalytic degradation of five azo dyes(orange II, orange IV, eriochrome black T, acid chrome blue K, methyl orange) under visible irradiation. The results indicated that when the dosage of catalyst was 50 mg, the concentration of dye was 10 ppm, halogen lamp as light source, after a certain time, the dyes were degraded. It is worth noting that, the degradation rate of eriochrome black T and acid chrome blue K was 100% and 95.6%(p H=7), respectively.The eriochrome black T was mineralized completely. Combined the direct degradation results of dyes and adsorption capacity of the catalyst, the degradation of the dyes may be attributed to the synergistic effect of the catalyst and the irradiation of visible light.
