摘  要:唐车公司为莫桑比克开发研制了一批轨距1 067mm的米轨客车。为开发适应莫桑比克线路运营和维护条件的米轨转向架,首先了解客户具体需求、当地线路条件和运营环境。初步确定转向架整体结构形式和悬挂参数,然后利用SIMPACK动力学软件对转向架设计参数进行建模和计算分析。重点对一二系悬挂参数、轮轨间隙、轮对内侧距和不同线路等级等各种工况下的车辆动力学性能表现进行分析优化,均衡配置各项参数,确定优化方案。Tangshan Railway Vehicle Company Ltd. had developed and manufactured 1067mm meter-gauge coaches exported for Mozambique. For the sake of excellent meter-gauge bogies which can compact with running and maintaining condition of Mozambique rail-way lines, firstly, customer requirements, running conditions and environment had been comprehended. After the whole structure and suspension of bogie were determined on initial stage, we made a computer calculated model of the bogie with dynamic software SIMPACK. Focusing on primary and second suspensions, the play between wheel and rail, the inner distance of two wheels, we analyzed their dynamic performance and optimized these parameters on the different railway line conditions, and finally balanced and confirmedthese dynamic parameters.
