摘  要:探讨了利用河北永年当地盐酸酸洗废液制备聚合氯化铁铝(PFAC)的最佳制备条件,以100 m L酸洗废液为基准,在反应时间为1 h、反应温度为70℃、氧化剂加入量n(Fe2+)∶n(H2O2)=1∶1.0、铝酸钙粉投加量为4 g时,可制得总有效成分含量为18.14%的PFAC。所得PFAC进行模拟生活污水处理,在PFAC加入量为4 g/L、反应温度为30℃、p H值为7时,色度去除率为81.69%,浊度去除率为80.78%,COD去除率为65.48%,磷含量去除率为35.88%。The best synthesis conditions for preparing PFAC(polymeric ferric aluminum chloride) were studied by using Hebei Yongnian local waste hydrochloric acid pickling liquor.When 100 m L waste pickling liquor is used as a benchmark,the reaction time is 1 h, the reaction temperature is 70 ℃, the amount of oxidant n(Fe2+) ∶n(H2O2) = 1∶1.0, the dosage of calcium aluminates powder is 4 g,the PFAC, which the total effective composition content is 18.14% can be obtained. The PFAC was used in simulated sewage treatment, when the addition amount of PFAC is 4 g/L, reaction temperature is 30 ℃,p H is 7, the chroma removal rate is 81.69%, turbidity removal rate is 80.78%, the COD removal rate is 65.48%, the content of phosphorus removal rate is 35.88%.
