摘 要:目的探讨神经电生理监测在面肌痉挛患者微血管减压术中的应用价值。方法 2013年7月~2015年3月,采用面神经侧方扩散法,对126例面神经微血管减压术进行术中神经电生理监测。结果 126例中123例术前记录到典型异常肌肉反应(abnormal muscle responses,AMR)波形,经手术后AMR消失。术后1个月内面肌痉挛症状消失119例(94.4%),残余轻微症状7例(5.6%)。结论术中神经电生理监测有利于面肌痉挛微血管减压术中对责任血管的判断和减压效果的预估。Objective To explore the importance of neural electrophysiological monitoring of abnormal muscle response( AMR) during microvascular decompression surgery for hemifacial spasm. Methods A total of 126 patients with hemifacial spasm who underwent lateral spread response( LSR) monitoring during microvascular decompression surgery between July 2013 and March2015 were analyzed. Results Typical AMR was observed in 123 out of 126 cases before operation,all of which disappeared after operation. Disappearance of hemifacial spasm was noted in 119 patients( 94. 4%). Mild symptoms remained in 7 patients( 5. 6%).Conclusion Neural electrophysiological monitoring is helpful to differentiate the responsible vessel and to assess the effects of decompression during surgery.
