微波消融术治疗2例原发性甲状旁腺功能亢进

摘　　要：本文报道2015年2～9月采用微波消融术治疗原发性甲状腺功能亢进2例,局麻后在彩超引导下将微波针置入病变甲状旁腺内进行热消融治疗,功率调至30 W。术后2例甲状旁腺激素和降钙素均恢复正常,症状完全缓解。我们认为微波消融治疗原发性甲状旁腺功能亢进可行。From February 2015 to September 2015,we treated 2 cases of primary hyperparathyroidism with microwave ablation.After local anesthesia and under ultrasound guidance,a microwave needle was introduced into the parathyroid for ablation,with a power of 30 W. The postoperative levels of parathyroid hormone and calcitonin decreased to normal and symptoms were completely remitted in both cases. We think that microwave ablation is feasible for primary hyperparathyroidism.
