摘 要:枣园区块储层条件优越,是沁水盆地煤层气主力区块。但单井产能变化大,低产低效井较多。研究了地质因素及工程因素对产能的影响,并利用数值模拟进行验证分析,提出了相应的开发措施。研究表明,排采强度的改变及排采不连续,容易造成煤层应力敏感,影响产气效果。压裂对产气影响较大,容易造成越流补给降低气井产能。地质构造影响煤层气井排采效果,储层低部位高产水、低产气井较多。因此,排采过程中应保证排采的连续性并控制排采强度,排水降压阶段动液面变化幅度不应超过20 m/d。部分低产井可进行二次压裂,压裂过程中应控制压裂缝高度避免裂缝沟通含水层,造成越流补给影响产气效果。对于倾角较陡煤层,避免采用直井压裂方式开发,应布置水平井或U型井。Having good reservoir condition, Zaoyuan is the main block of Qinshui basin, however, due to great changes of single well productivity, there are more low productivity and low efficiency wells. The impacts of geological factor and engineering factor on productivity were researched, furthermore, the impacts were verified by numerical analogue and corresponding exploitation mea- sures were proposed. The research shows that changed production intensity and discontinuous production may lead to stress sensi- tivity of coal bed and influence gas production effects, in addition, fracturing can dramatically influence the gas productivity by con- ducting the water from surrounding rock, moreover, geologic structures influence production effects of coalbed methane, and there are a lot of high water production and low gas production wells at low position of reservoir, accordingly, the continuous production should be guaranteed and production intensity should be controlled. During drainage and pressure drawdown process, the rangeabil- ity of dynamic liquid level should not exceed 20 m/d, in addition, some low production wells can conduct second fracturing, and during the fracturing, fracturing expansion should be controlled to prevent fractures from communicating water layer and avoid ef- fecting gas production by conducting the water from surrounding rock. For large dip angle, horizontal wells and U type wells can be adopted to avoid vertical well fracturing.
