摘 要:以综采采场上覆岩层运动规律为核心,运用"传递岩梁"理论对采场基本顶进行了"给定变形"和"限定变形"的控制设计,并详细分析了支架在2种工作状态下的支护强度和活柱缩量的计算确定方法,并利用实测支架载荷和顶板下沉量等参数对采场支架的实际工作状态进行了判定。结果表明:采场顶板控制设计中对直接顶采用"给定载荷"的工作状态,根据不同的控顶要求对基本顶采用"给定变形"或"限定变形"的工作状态。实测采场来压结束后顶板下沉量小于极限下沉量,则支架处于"限定变形"的工作状态;否则,支架处于"给定变形"的工作状态。实测采场来压结束后支架载荷大于能对岩梁的位态起限制作用的支架下限承载值,则支架处于"限定变形"的工作状态;否则,支架处于"给定变形"的工作状态。The theories of " overlying strata movement law" in fully mechanized mining stope and " transferring beam" were applied to " given deformation" and " limited deformation" control design of the main roof; the calculation method of support strength and shrinkage quantity with two kinds of support working state was confirmed; the actual working state of the support was determined by the measured parameters of the support load and roof subsidence. The results showed that: roof control design of the immediate roof adopts the " given load" working method; according to different control requirements,the main roof adopts the " given deformation" or " limited deformation" working method. In the field,the roof subsidence is less than the limit subsidence,the working state of the support is in the " limited deformation"; otherwise,the support is in the " given deformation" working state. In the field,support load is greater than that of the lower limit to the rock beam position,the support is in the " limited deformation"; otherwise,the support is in the "given deformation" working state.
