摘 要:利用压缩空气泡沫灭火试验装置在油槽与大型地面油池上对其冷态喷射与灭火性能进行了研究,分析了压缩空气泡沫在液面上的流动距离、灭火时间与泡沫混合液供给强度的关系。结果表明:在相同压力下,泡沫混合液流量增大28%后,泡沫层在液面上的流动速率可提高64%,灭火时间可缩短40%;在灭火过程中,泡沫损耗率约占泡沫喷射总量的50%,燃烧面积越大,所需泡沫混合液的供给强度越高。以5 000m3油罐为例提出了泡沫灭火系统的实施方案。The foam spray and fire extinguishment tests of com- pressed air foam system on oil pan and large oil pool have been carried out. The relation of foam covering distance on liquid surface, fire extinguishing time and foam application rate has been studied. The results showed that, under the same spray pressure, foam application rate increasing by 28% can improve the flowing rate of foam layer by 64% and shorten the fire ex- tinguishing time by 40%. During the extinguishing process, the foam loss accounts for about half the total foam. The larger the burning area is, the larger the foam application rate is. The ap- plication proposal of fixed compressed air foam system on oil tank of 5 000 m3 has been put forward and the feasibility of fixed compressed air foam system application on oil tank farms has been proved.
