摘  要:为解决当前高速公路设施采集与管理中存在的采集方式落后、危险性高、易出错、效率低等难题,针对高速公路的特点,从高速公路设施数据组织、基于三维全景技术的高速公路设施普查方法、车载全景影像采集平台的航向和俯仰角速度获取、高精度地面全景影像采集车载设备精确定位、三维全景影像中空间数据的采集定位、线性参照管理方法等方面进行关键技术研究,建立了高速公路设施管理整套解决方案。本文研究成果成功应用到了重庆市高速公路设施的采集与管理中,辅助进行科学决策,有效提升了高速公路服务水平。To solve current problems in the acquisition and management of highway facilities such as the old acquisition mode, the high risk, the error-prone and inefficiency, Key technologies are researched, such as the highway facilities data organization,the highway facilities census method based on 3D panorama,the heading and pitch angular velocity acquisition method of mobile panoramic image acquisition platform, the precise positioning of ground panoramic image acquisition equipment,the positioning of spatial object in 3D panoramic image as well as the linear referencing management method. The solution of highway facilities management is therefore built up. In this paper,the successful application of research results to the acquisition and management of Chongqing highway facilities has proven that it can be used in the auxiliary scientific decision-making ,which effectively increases the service level of highway management.
