摘　　要：中小企业是我国民营经济中的重要组成部分,对我国民营经济的发展贡献了重要的力量。物流管理又是中小企业管理中的关键部分之一,如今中小企业的物流管理机遇与挑战并存。为了进一步优化中小企业的物流管理,文中尝试对中小企业物流管理目前的现状进行分析,然后研究现状背后的实质问题,希望能探索出一些有利于提升中小企业物流管理效率的方法,对中小企业物流管理未来的发展有重要意义。the small and medium-sized enterprise is an important part in the private economy of our country, the development of China＇s private economy makes great contribution. Logistics management is one of the key parts in the management of small and medium-sized enterprises, now SMEs logistics management opportunities and challenges. In order to further optimize the logistics management of small and medium-sized enterprises, this paper attempts to carries on the analysis to the small and medium-sized enterprise logistics management present situation, behind the then current research on substantive issues, I hope to explore some methods for raising the efficiency of the logistics management of small and medium-sized enterprises and the future development of logistics management of small and medium enterprises has important significance.
