物力集约化背景下的电网仓储管理策略研究——以国网湖北某供电公司为例

摘　　要：在国网公司"三集五大"体系建设背景下,仓储管理作为国网物资管理九大关键业务之一和对标考核指标重要组成部分,对保障物资供应、提高企业经济效益,有着十分重要的意义。文中结合湖北某地市供电公司具体实践,探讨如何依据"三集五大"体系建设及物力集约化整体要求,按照仓库网络规划、仓储标准化建设、仓储标准化管理等对仓储资源统一规划和管理,形成科学的电网仓储网络。Under the background of ＂three sets of five ＂ system building of State Grid Corporation, storage management is of great significance to the guarantee of supplies and the improvement the economic efficiency of enterprises as an important part of the nine key business of material management and the benchmarking assessment index in State Grid Corporation. According to the practice of a certain city Electric Power Company of Hubei,we discuss how to construct a scientific grid storage network by unified planning and management the storage resources according to the warehouse network planning, standardization of storage, warehousing and standardized management,and so on, on the basis of the ＂three sets of five＂ system construction and the requirements of Material intensive.
