摘  要:提高人才培养质量是高职院校的首要任务和基本职责,是衡量一所学校教育水平的基本标准。随着社会发展对人才的需要,交叉学科的专业在高职院校中越来越多,这使人才培养呈现知识结构多样性和复杂性的特点。该文以汽车技术服务与营销专业为例,通过调研发现该专业就业质量总体状况不乐观,究其原因主要是课程体系不完善、教师知识结构单一等,基于此,文章阐述了在交叉学科中进行协同教学的必要性,并提出了协同教学团队的组建策略,为其他交叉学科的建设提供参考。Improving the quality of talent training is the first task and the basic duty of higher vocational colleges, and which is a basic standard to measure the quality of college education. With the need of social development for talent, the interdiscipline becomes more and more, which makes talent training to have characteristics of diversity and complexity. Through surveys, we find that the employment quality of automobile technology service and mar- keting major is not optimistic. The main reasons are that the curriculum system is not perfect and? the knowledge structure of teachers is single, etc. , This paper illustrates the necessity of team teaching in interdiscipline, gives some advises for building team teaching, and provides a reference for other interdisciplines.
