摘  要:目的考察岛叶皮层内注射zeta抑制肽(zeta inhibitory peptide,ZIP)对吗啡成瘾戒断后厌恶性情绪记忆维持的影响。方法首先建立能稳定表达吗啡成瘾戒断后厌恶性情绪记忆的研究载体-小鼠条件性位置厌恶(conditioned place aversion,CPA)模型。在模型建立后的1、7和14 d,分别在岛叶皮层内微量注射蛋白激酶PKM zeta抑制肽-ZIP,考察ZIP对CPA模型的影响。结果成功建立了稳定的小鼠CPA模型,该模型表达成功后至少可以维持两周。在CPA模型建立1、7和14 d后分别在岛叶皮层内注射ZIP,均能逆转CPA模型的维持。结论岛叶皮层内注射ZIP可抑制吗啡成瘾戒断后厌恶性情绪记忆的维持。Objective To explore whether the insular cortex injection of PKMzeta inhibitor zeta inhibitory peptide( ZIP) inhibits the maintenance of morphine withdrawal-associated aversion memory. Methods A sensitive mouse conditioned place aversion( CPA) model measuring the motivational aversion of morphine withdrawal was established. ZIP was injected into the insular cortex 1,7 or 14 d after CPA establishment respectively and the maintenance of CPA was measured 1 d after ZIP injection. Results The CPA model was established and it lasted at least 2 weeks. Insular cortex injections of ZIP 1,7 and 14 d after CPA establishment inhibited the maintenance of CPA. Conclusions Insular cortex injection of ZIP inhibited the maintenance of morphine withdrawal-associated aversion memory.
