我国出口工业制成品国内技术含量的测算及动态变迁——基于全球价值链的视角

摘　　要：基于全球价值链的视角,改进了测算出口制成品国内技术含量的方法 ,在按比例拆分获得非竞争型投入产出占用模型的前提下,通过进一步区分国内中间投入和进口的中间投入,剔除进口中间品对最终出口体现的产品技术含量的贡献,得到出口制成品的国内技术含量,并对出口制成品国内技术含量的分布及动态变迁做深入分析。研究结果表明:我国出口制成品国内技术含量水平稳步上升;不同技术含量制成品所包含的国内技术含量差距不断扩大,出口制成品技术含量变动呈现出普遍性、稳定性和非均衡特征。Based on the perspective of global value chain, the papers improves a method of measuring the domestic technological content of China＇s manufactured exports by means of the input-output table which eliminates the contribution of import intermediate inputs to the technological content of export manufactured goods. Further analysis goes to the distribution and dynamic changes of the domestic technological content of export manufactured goods. Conclusions can be drawn from the paper： the technological content of China＇s manufactured goods rises steadily; the gap among the different technological con- tent of the manufactured goods is increasing; the changes in the technological contents of the export products are of the characteristics of universality, stability and disequilibrium.
