摘 要:采用粉末冶金法制备ZL402合金,研究了烧结温度、压制力和成分对材料的组织、密度和硬度的影响。结果表明,当烧结温度为530℃时,组织变得致密,孔隙率明显减少,硬度最大;并且随着压制力的增加,颗粒间距缩小,试样的硬度和密度也增大;随着Zn含量的减少和Mg含量的增加,材料的孔隙减小,密度减小,而硬度却增加。ZL402 alloy was fabricated by powder metallurgy. The effects of sintering temperature, compacting pressure and chemical composition on the microstructure, density and hardness of the alloy were studied. The results show that, when the sintering temperature is 530 ℃, the microstructure becomes denser, the porosity decreases and the hardness of the samples is the greatest. With the increase of pressing force, the distance between the particles is reduced, the hardness and density of the samples increase. With the decrease of Zn content and the increase of Mg content, the porosity and the density of the material decrease, but the hardness of the material increase.
