摘 要:干式排渣机系统中,传统滚齿板容易受磨损,其服役寿命很短。本文研究了滚齿板滚齿的形状、尺寸和滚齿分布对碎渣机的工作效果和服役寿命的影响;通过优化滚齿板的结构,设计出新型高效耐磨的滚齿板。采用高铬铸铁材料制造了新型结构滚齿板,并研究了热处理工艺对显微组织、冲击韧度、硬度、磨损性能的影响,获得合理的热处理工艺,使得新型滚齿板的服役寿命得到有效提高。The conventional rolling-teeth planks are easy to wear and its service life is low in the dry-type slag extractor system. The influences of shape, size and distribution of the teeth on the productivity effect and service life of slag crusher were discussed in this paper. A new kind of rolling-teeth plank with effective and wearing resistance was designed through optimizing the structure of rolling-teeth plank. The microstructures, impact ductility, hardness and wear resistances of the rolling-teeth planks made of the high-chromium cast-iron in the heat treatment process are studied. The new type planks treated with optimal heat process have a long service life.
