Observation and measurement of infra-orbital hole and canal by multislice spiral CT and its clinical significance

摘  要:目的 研究眶下孔及眶下管的正常解剖和CT测量方法。方法 选择健康的成人志愿者80例,其中男、女各40例。所有病例采用美国GE公司生产的16层螺旋CT机对上颌窦行连续容积扫描,利用工作站的后处理技术行容积重建 (VR)、多平面重组 (MPR),在选取的截面或VR图像上测量眶下孔及眶下管的有关数据。结果 ①对所测得的眶下孔及眶下管的各项数据进行统计学处理并获得正常值范围,左右两侧各项对应数据经统计学分析,均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。②眶下孔长径、宽径分别为(5.40±1.35) mm、(3.05±0.80) mm。③眶下管长度和中段平均直径分别为(10.9±2.64) mm、(3.3±1.26) mm,眶下管与冠状面夹角40.48°±8.34°。④眶下孔的定位:眶下孔至眶下缘垂直距离(8.60±2.10) mm;眶下孔至正中线距离(28.1±1.45) mm;眶下孔至尖牙槽前缘的距离(32.2 ±2.9) mm。结论 眶下孔及眶下管的多层螺旋CT观察与测量可提供准确可靠的解剖学数据。Objective To study and measure the normal infra-orbital hole and infra-orbital canal via muhislice spiral CT. Methods 80 healthy adult volunteers were selected including 40 men and 40 women. Maxillary sinus in all volunteers were scanned with a 16-slice spiral CT. The VR and MPR were reconstructed at a workstation. The relevant data of infra-orbital hole and canal were measured according to the images. Results There were no significant differences in the measured data between both sides of the maxillary sinus (P〉0.05}. The long and width diameters of infra-orbital hole were (5.40±1.35) mm and (3.05±0.80) mm, respectively. The length of infra-orbital canal was (10.9± 2.64) mm, the average diameter of its intermediate segment was (3.3± 1.26) mm, and the angle between infra-orbital canal and coronal plane was 40.48°± 8.34°. The average vertical distance between infra-orbital foramen and the infra-orbital margin was (8. 60± 2. 10) mm;The distance between infra-orbital canal and median line was (28. 1±1.45) mm; And the distance between infra-orbital canal and the canine fossa was ( 32.2± 2.9 ) mm. Conclusion Observation and measurement of infra- orbital hole and infra-orbital canal with muhislice spiral CT can provide accurate and reliable data.
