摘 要:目的 探讨排泄性三维对比增强磁共振尿路造影(3D-ceMRU)联合MR尿路造影(MRU)在肾盂旁囊性病变诊断中的价值。方法 对37例肾盂旁囊性病变患者行MRU及3D-ceMRU扫描,分析二者对肾盂旁囊性病变的显示情况,与临床最终诊断对照。结果 3D-ceMRU联合MRU扫描可满意显示肾盂旁囊性病变的部位、形态、大小、数量,对病变的定位诊断率达100%,定性诊断率达86%,并可粗略评价肾功能。结论 3D-ceMRU联合MRU能直观、清晰地显示肾盂旁囊性病变的部位、形态及与肾盂、肾盏关系,具有较高的定位、定性诊断准确性。Objective To investigate the clinical value of 3Dexcretory contrast-enhance MRU (3D-ceMRU) combined with magnetic resonance urography (MRU) in the diagnosis of peripelvic cystic disease. Methods Thirty-seven patients with peripelvic cystic disease were performed with 3D-ceMRU and MRU. Analysis of the cystic disease of the renal pelvis showed both situation, and compared with the clinical final diagnosis. Results 3D-ceMRU combined MRU demonstrated the qualitative diagnosis of the peripelvic cystic disease was 86%, and the accuracy diagnosis of the location was 100% in all cases. 3D-ceMRU combined with MRU could satisfactorily display the location, shape, size and quantity of diseases, and could also evaluate roughly the renal function and the degree of hydronephrosis. Conclusion The combination of 3D-ceMRU and MRU can directly and clearly show the site and shape of peripelvic cystic disease, as well as the relationship between the lesion and renal pelvis. This technique has a high accuracy in the diagnosis of peripelvic cystic lesion and it is one of the best method for showing these disease.
