摘  要:目的 探讨正常实验兔肝脏的体素内不相干运动-扩散加权成像(IVIM-DWI)与CT灌注成像灌注参数之间的相关性。方法 对8只健康新西兰大白兔肝脏分别行IVIM-DWI及CT灌注扫描,分别生成IVIM-DWI的假扩散系数(D*)和灌注分数(f)以及CT灌注成像的血流量(BF)和血容量(BV)。对BF和D*,BV和f行Pearson相关性分析。结果 正常实验兔肝脏的D*为(34.61±8.5)×10-3m2/s,f为(30±8)%。BF为(27.76±4.59) mL·100 mL-1·min-1,BV为(9.2±2.2) mL/100 mL。 BF和D*,BV和f的相关系数分别为0.155和0.018,相伴概率分别为0.222和0.886,2组参数之间均无明显的相关性。结论 正常实验兔肝脏的CT灌注成像和IVIM-DWI参数中,BF和D*、BV和f之间没有明确的相关性。Objective To probe the correlation between intravoxel incoherent motion (IVIM) DWI and CT perfusion parameters. Methods 8 healthy New Zealand white rabbits underwent IVIM and CT perfusion respectively. IVIM parameters including pseudo diffusion coefficient D* and perfusion fraction f, and CT perfusion parameters including BF and BV were calculated. The correlations were analyzed using Pearson method. Results D* and f values of normal rabbit liver were (34. 61 ± 8. 5) × 10-3 mm2/s and 130-V 8)%, meanwhile the BF and BV were (27. 76±4.59) mL · 100 mL-1 ·min-1 and (9.2±2.2) mL/100 mL, respectively. The correlation coefficient between BF and D* , and between BV and f were 0. 155 and 0. 018 with the P value of 0. 222 and 0. 886, respectively. No significant correlation was found between the two groups. Conclusion There are no definitely correlations between BF and D* and between BF and f value in normal rabbit liver.
