摘  要:为适应未来战争对士官的心理素质要求,以心理教学、心理咨询、心理行为训练的"三位一体"基本理念为指引,分析了士兵心理教育与疏导课程的教学现状,提出将互动教学法适时嵌入和有机融合到该课程各个知识点当中;结合教学实践,给出了进一步改进士兵心理教育与疏导课程教学的几点建议.In order to adapt to the requirements for sergeants’psychological quality in the future war, this article analyzes the teaching status of soldiers’psychological education and persuasion course, in the guidance of the basic idea to take the three trainings of psychological teaching , sychological counseling and psychological behavior as the trinity, and propose to embed the interactive teaching method timely into and integrate it with all knowledge points in this course, and finally gives out some suggestions for improving further the sergeant cadets’ psychological course teaching by combining with teaching practice.
