摘　　要：使用了高黏指数的HVI150、HVI500石蜡基加氢异构脱蜡基础油及150BS光亮油,通过选取最佳黏度,加入高性能的黏度指数改进剂、降凝剂、复合功能添加剂及清净分散剂,研制出了SJ15W/40汽油机油。该油品执行GB/T 11121标准,调制出的油品具有较低的低温动力黏度和合适的高温高剪切黏度,具有良好的低温启动性能和黏温特性、氧化安定性、油溶性的清净分散性能和优良的减摩性能,确保了三元催化转化器的正常工作;根据不同类型和排放要求的发动机推荐使用润滑油,得出研制的油品适用于欧Ⅲ发动机,油品应用达到了API SJ级别的规格要求。According to GB11121 standard,paraffin based hydroisomerization dewaxing base oil with high viscosity index,bright stock,high performance viscosity index improvers,pour point depressants,complex functional addictive and detergent-dispersant are employed for the preparation of SJ15 W/40 type of gasoline engine oil,the quality of which meets the specification requirement of API SJ grade. Furthermore,the oil prepared exhibits lower low-temperature dynamic viscosity,proper high temperature high shear viscosity,favorable low-temperature startup performance,favorable viscosity-temperature characteristic,favorable oxidation stability,oil-soluble clean dispersion performance,favorable anti-friction performance,so as to ensure the normal work of three-way catalytic converter. In addition,the oil prepared is suitable for Euro. III type engine,and the customers responds positively to quality of the blended oil,hence the quality of which meets the specification requirement of API SJ grade.
