摘 要:为了使整站整线式的技改大修工作有直接依据,本文提出了一种电网设备的综合技术寿命评价方法,其基本思路为:综合考虑自然寿命、不良工况以及状态评价等因素对设备的影响,并按照其影响程度设置不同影响因素的权重,计算得出设备的综合技术寿命;再根据各设备的综合技术寿命得到单元、变电站、线路整体的综合技术寿命,并以此作为技改大修的决策依据。采用这一新方法对某一变电站的设备进行综合技术寿命评价,其结果能定量地反映变电站内设备的健康状况,为决策人员选取整站整线的技改大修对象提供了直接依据。In order to provide direct theory criterions for technical improvement and overhaulwork of whole transformer substation and whole transmission line, comprehensive technical life(CTL) evaluation method is put forward in this paper. The basic thought is to get the CTL of thepower equipment through overall consideration of natural life, bad condition and evaluation resultof status appraisal, and then get the CTL of the whole substation and whole unit according to theCTL of the equipments. At the same time, this new method is used to evaluate the equipment of asubstation, which works as a basis for decision making of technical improvement and overhaul .The results can quantitatively reflect the health of the substation equipment, and provide a directbasis for decision makers to select technical improvement and overhaul object for whole transformersubstation and whole transmission line.
