摘　　要：文章针对ITU-T所定义ATM系统中信令协议栈中缺乏呼叫/控制功能,提出了一种适合卫星并保证服务质量(Qo S)的分组交换系统点对点协议模型;同时根据卫星信道环境特点,适应性修改了Q.2931协议,并进行了工程可行性分析。According to ITU-T protocol stacks for signaling lacks necessary call / control functions,a new universal satellite signalling model is proposed in this paper. The software design shows the signalling model can remedy the part in standard protocol. The Q. 2931 protocol,which is the standard protocol for ground networks,is realized difficultly in satellite switching system due to high bit error ratio and high-latency. This paper also proposes a simplified Q. 2931_s protocol aiming at this problem.
