摘 要:在构建后备宜建设用地分步式算法的基础上,借助GIS技术,利用1∶25万DEM数据、1∶1万土地利用现状数据库和1∶20万重要地质灾害点分布图等,测算和评价了福州市后备宜建设用地的数量、空间分布特征及利用潜力.结果表明:研究区后备宜建设用地面积为1 983.80 km^2,占土地总面积的28.20%,利用潜力总体较高;空间分布的基本特点是高值区集中于周边4个县,低值区集中于中心5个区,因此周边邻县可作为未来建设用地拓展的主后备区,中心城区的建设用地拓展规模应适当控制;后备宜建设用地在不同高度、坡度及坡向空间上分布差异性较大,主要集中于海拔500 m以下、坡度6°~15°地区及阴坡面.To rationalize land use for all anthropogenic activities, quantity, spatial distribution characteristics and land reserve that potentially be suitable for construction in Fuzhou were calculated basing on distributed algorithm and GIS spatial techniques. Data on 1 ∶ 250 000 DEM, 1 ∶ 10 000 land-using database and geographical distribution of disaster points at a scale of 1 ∶ 200 000 were in-tegrated. The results showed:(1) total area of reserve land amounted to 1 983.80 km^2 in the study area, accounting for 28.20% of total land area, which was considered high availability. ( 2) Regions of high abundance value were generally affiliated by 4 adjacent counties while those with low abundance value were centered in the 5 counties of central district. Therefore, 4 adjacent counties can candidates for future construction land, and expansion of center urban should be under prudent consideration. ( 3) Spatial distribu-tion varied significantly among elevation, degree and aspect of slope. Suitable land reserve mainly concentrated in the area under the altitude of 500 m and on the slope of 6°-15° and shady side.
