冻干法制备法罗培南钠口腔崩解片的研究

摘　　要：目的优化法罗培南钠口腔崩解片的处方,并进行体外溶出测定。方法采用冻干法进行法罗培南钠口腔崩解片的制备,以崩解时间、脆碎度及溶出度为考察指标,采用正交设计进行处方优化。结果按优化处方制备的口腔崩解片口感良好、崩解迅速、脆碎度小,3 min体外溶出达95%以上。结论本处方可制备质量优良的法罗培南钠口腔崩解片。Objective To optimize the formulation of Sodium Faropenem Orally Disintegrating Tablets and detect the dissolution in vitro. Methods Sodium Faropenem Orally Disintegrating Tablets was prepared by freeze - dried methods, and the formulation was optimized with the disintegrating time,friability and dissolution rate as parameters by orthogonal de-sign. Results The tablets prepared by optimum formulation were well - tasted,disintegrating fast,and had low friability. The dissolution was up to 95% within 3 min in vitro. Conclusion Sodium Faropenem Orally Disintegrating Tablets can be prepared successfully using the formulation in this research.
