急性非创伤性胸痛无缝救援系统中临床路径管理模式探究

摘　　要：通过对急性非创伤性胸痛救援中临床路径的必要性及其应用进行分析,指出临床路径的应用可以充分利用有限卫生资源,随时监测患者救援过程,指导专家尽早参与到救援中,提高救援的成功率,缩短救援时间。同时建立科学、有效、规范、可操作的标准化措施,为全面提升无缝救援水平奠定基础,进一步提高医院的管理能力。By analyzing the necessity of clinical pathway for medical relief of acute non-traumatic chest-pain, this paper shows that the application of clinical pathway can take advantage of limited health resources efficiently, monitor process to rescue patients and guide experts to participate in rescue as soon as possible, improve success rate of rescue and shorten rescue time. Meanwhile, the establishment of scientific, effective, standardized, manageable measures will lay a foundation for improving the level of seamless rescue and improve hospital management capability.
