摘　　要：首先,描述了西安市科技服务业现状,总结出现有问题,明确了西安市科技服务业资源整合的必要性。其次,通过分析西安市科技服务业发展面临的机遇与挑战,构建了西安市科技服务业战略定位及其资源整合模式,即以市场需求为导向,以产业发展为依托,以平台建设为支撑的科技服务业资源整合模式。Firstly ,through the analysis of present development of S＆ T service industry of Xi＇an ,this paper summarizes the existing problems ,and emphasizes the importance of the resource integration of S＆T service industry of Xi＇an .Secondly , analysis of the opportunities and challenges which xi ＇an science and technology service industry is faced with .It proposes the strategic positioning of S＆T service industry of Xi＇an and the pattern of S＆T service industry of Xi＇an ：taking market demand as the guidance ,based on the industrial development ;supporting by the resource integration pattern .
