摘  要:目的:表浅性瘢痕应用2 940nm波长Er:YAG传统光斑激光和像素激光联合治疗的短期和长期效果观察。方法:2011年1月-2014年12月,28名患有不同类型的表浅性瘢痕的患者接受了2 940nm波长Er:YAG传统光斑激光和像素激光的联合治疗,即瘢痕部位首先接受较低能量光斑照射治疗,随后接受稍高能量像素激光原位重复叠加照射治疗。所有患者经一疗程治疗(治疗2~3次,治疗间隔6~8周)后,于治疗后1月、6月随访,对比观察治疗前后瘢痕外观改善程度、获取患者对治疗效果的满意度并记录不良反应的发成情况。结果:联合方式疗程治疗瘢痕后1个月总有效率达94.64%,6个月总有效率达96.43%,不良反应少,早期仅为不同程度的红斑反应及少量色素沉着,长期观察无明显不良反应。结论:通过短期和长期的随访对比观察,联合应用2940nm波长Er:YAG传统光斑激光与像素激光可以安全有效的治疗表浅性瘢痕。Objective To observe the short-term and long-term effects of conventional 2 940nm wavelength Er: YAG laser and pixel laser combination therapy in the superifcial scar.MethodsFrom Jan. 2011 to Dec. 2014, 28 patients with different types of superifcial scars received the following combination treatment of 2 940nm wavelength Er: YAG laser: using the low-power conventional 2 940nm wavelength Er: YAG laser to treat the scar, and then using the pixel laser at higher power immediately to treat the same area. At 1 month and 6 months after the treatment of one course(about 2 to 3 therapies and 6 to 8 weeks interval ), the appearance improvements of the scars, the satisfaction of patients and the adverse reactions were recorded.Results Using the combination therapy , the total efifcacy after 1 months of treatment reached 94.64%; and the total efifcacy after 6 months of treatment reached 96.43%. The only observed side effect was the erythema and hyperpigmentation at irradiated area in the early stage; and there were no obvious adverse reactions in the long-term observation.Conclusion Through short-term compared with long-term follow-up observation, the combination treatment of conventional 2 940nm wavelength Er: YAG laser and pixel laser is safe and effective in the treatment of superifcial scar.
