摘　　要：刀砍状硬皮病一般是发生在眉毛水平以上,单侧的组织萎缩。本文展示2例患者应用自体软组织移植治疗该病,疗效显著。自体脂肪颗粒注射及自体真皮片移植矫正刀砍状硬皮病的额部萎缩凹陷畸形安全,并能提供很好的美容效果。Scleroderma en coup de sabre is a disfiguring disease characterized by unilateral atrophy and depression above the level of the eyebrow. Three cases of facial linear scleroderma were treated with autologous soft tissue transplantation with acceptable results were presented. Autologous fat particle injection and derma slices transplantation appears to be a safe technique that provides excellent cosmetic results for the correction of ＂en coup de sabre＂ depressed deformity.
