颞筋膜瓣带蒂转移在眼睑皮肤软组织大面积缺损修复中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨颞筋膜瓣带蒂转移联合全厚皮片移植修复外伤性眼睑皮肤软组织缺损的临床应用效果。方法:设计与转移颞筋膜瓣联合全厚片移植修复外伤性眼睑皮肤软组织缺损12例。结果:12例外伤性眼睑皮肤软组织缺损患者,颞筋膜瓣与移植皮片成活良好,且取得了满意的修复效果。结论:颞筋膜瓣修复外伤性眼睑皮肤软组织缺损,安全可靠,效果确切,为外伤性睑皮肤软组织缺损修复提供了一个新途径。Objective To evaluate the effect of pedicle temporal fascia lfap combined with full thickness skin graft for repairing traumatic eyelid facial defect. Methods To design and transfer 12 cases of curing the soft tissue of the eyelid facial defects to use temporal fascia lfapscombined with full thickness skin graft.Results In all the 12 cases of patients with the soft tissue defects of the traumatic eyelid, the temporal fascia lfap and the transplant lfap survived well, and achieved satisfactory results. Conclusion The way of using temporal fascia lfap to repair the defect of soft tissueof the traumatic eyelid facial is safe and reliable, and it provides a new way of repairing thethe defect of soft tissueof the traumatic eyelid facial.
