摘　　要：目的:探讨内窥镜辅助假体隆乳术围手术期的护理方法。方法:2013年10月-2014年12月我院共收治内窥镜辅助假体隆乳患者425例,对此组患者进行术前、术中及术后的护理方法进行总结。结果:本组425例内窥镜下隆乳患者中1例术后右侧假体上移,术后6个月后给予修复,恢复情况良好。本组425例患者术后恢复快,切口愈合良好,瘢痕隐蔽不明显,形态理想。结论:内窥镜辅助隆乳术手术安全,经过围手术期的护理,得到患者的积极配合,术后效果良好。Objective To Investigate the perioperative nursing methods of the cases with endoscope assisted prosthetic breast augmentation.Methods From October 2013 to December 2014, 425 cases were treated with preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative nursing method in the endoscope assisted prosthetic breast.ResultsOne implant of 425 cases moved up on the right side with endoscope assisted prosthetic breast augmentation, repaired and recovered after 6 months. The body of the 425 cases was restored well postoperatively and the incision healed well and the scar was not obvious and the form of the breasts were very well. Conclusion Endoscope assisted breast augmentation was safer and postoperative effect was good through perioperative nursing method and the cooperation of the cases.
