摘　　要：详细介绍了年产30万m3轻质蒸压加气混凝土砌块板材以及年产1.2亿块灰砂砖联合生产线的技术特点。整个生产线采用最先进的多项环保利用技术,实现了废渣、废气、废水、余热、余气的综合处理,产品性能符合建筑节能和住宅产业化的需求,达到了真正的绿色墙材、绿色环保。This paper introduces the technical features of a joint production line of an annual output of 300 000 m3lightweight autoclaved aerated concrete block panels and 120 million sand-lime bricks. The entire production usesthe most advanced environmental technology to achieve a comprehensive treatment of waste slag, waste gas, wastewater and waste heat, product performance is in line with the needs of building energy efficiency and the housing in？dustry, and achieves the real green wall materials and green environmental protection.
