邦尔洁联合雌激素软膏治疗老年性阴道炎的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨邦尔洁联合雌激素软膏治疗老年性阴道炎的临床效果。方法:选取104例老年性阴道炎患者作为研究对象,随机进行分组;对照组采取甲硝唑治疗,观察组采取邦尔洁联合雌激素软膏治疗;对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果:观察组乳酸杆菌阳性率显著大于对照组,分泌物异常率、不良反应发生率及病情复发率均显著小于对照组;两组数据具有显著性差异(P<0.05);观察组临床总显效率为88.46%,显著大于对照组的57.69%;两组数据具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:邦尔洁联合雌激素软膏治疗老年性阴道炎的临床效果确切,可显著消除病症,改善预后,安全性高,值得临床推广使用。Objective： To investigate the Banger Jie joint estrogen cream in the treatment of senile vaginitis clinical effect.Methods： 104 cases of senile vaginitis patients as research subjects were selected and randomly grouped; the control group received metronidazole treatment, observation group take joint Banger Jie estrogen cream treatment; clinical efficacy of two groups patients were compared.Results： The positive rate of lactobacilli was significantly higher than the control group, secretions abnormal rate, incidence of adverse reactions and relapse rate was significantly lower than the control group; two sets of data have significant differences（P〈0.05）; the total clinical observation group efficiency of 94.23%, significantly higher than the control group（80.78%）; two sets of data have significant differences（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Combined estrogen cream Banger Jie has obvious clinical effect for the treatment of senile vaginitis, and can significantly eliminate the disease and improve the prognosis, safe, which is worthy of clinical use.
