以《中国药品综合评价指南参考大纲》为依据对达托霉素进行有效性评价

摘　　要：目的:依据《中国药品综合评价指南参考大纲》对达托霉素进行有效性评价。方法:依据该大纲第二章《药品有效性评价指南》,以循证医学的方法对达托霉素进行有效性评价。结果与结论:一方面,依据《药品有效性评价指南》中的方法学,能够全面客观地评价药品的有效性;另一方面,达托霉素能够有效治疗复杂性皮肤软组织感染、血流感染(以及伴发的右侧感染性心内膜炎),以及骨关节感染和尿路感染。Objective： To evaluate the efficacy of daptomycin based on guideline for Comprehensive Drug Evaluation in China.Methods： According to the guideline, we evaluated the efficacy of daptomycin with evidence-based medicine.Results and Conclusion： First, the guideline is a relatively complete comprehensive review system for the evaluation of drug efficacy. Second, daptomycin is effective in treating with skin and soft tissue infection, bacteremia and endocarditis, bone and joint infections and urinary tract infection.
